For instance, when you get to work each morning you can park at the end of the parking lot and give yourself a nice walk. You can also forfeit the elevator and take the stairs instead.

Most of us hate to go grocery shopping, but if you concentrate on it you really get a nice little workout every time you go to the grocery store. Not only are you speed walking through the store so to be done quickly, but you are also squatting and lifting as you get each of your items.
Dieting and exercising can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. Making simple changes to your everyday life will be enough to give you great results. When you work out without working out, you will discover that you are able to tone your body, increase your energy, and feel better about yourself with very little effort. Just remember to find something that is fun for you and stick to it.
